Little more input on design

Postby tazmann » Wed Mar 10, 2010 7:20 pm

Hello All
I shouldn't have had rainy days to play on the PC. What can I say I have always been kinda parcel to the traditional designs.
Anyway this started out as a George Buehler 43' design, shrank it 15% and went from there. Faired it a bit to my liking and added a bulwark, eliminated the box keel up the stem. I have always liked the pointed end at the bow and a flat transom. At 18000 Lbs displacement for a 36 footer with 11-1/2 foot beam her numbers are ok DL about 250. So far this picture is what I have come up, still need more fine tuning. Thinking about adding another chine in the bottom section to gain a little more displacement.
Hows she look so far ?
